Lead a High-Impact Team of FDEs: Recruit, mentor, and inspire a team of forward-deployed engineers focused on implementation, customer success, and repeatable success patterns.. Drive AI Agent Adoption & Outcomes: Align closely with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure our AI Agents are driving real outcomes, are deeply embedded into daily workflows, and are evolving based on market needs.. Develop AI Best Practices & Methodologies: Lead the development of playbooks, deployment templates, and documentation standards to ensure consistent delivery, repeatability, and scale.. Influence the Product Roadmap: Serve as the voice of the customer and field in shaping AI Agent evolution. Translate frontline learnings into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.. Evangelize AI Internally and Externally: Be a visible thought leader across the company and with strategic customers—helping to bridge the gap between AI potential and business impact.. 9+ years in customer-facing technical roles (e.g., Professional Services, FDE, Solutions Architecture), with 3+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience deploying AI, automation, or LLM-powered technologies in enterprise settings. Strong understanding of modern GTM workflows (Sales, SDR, RevOps, Enablement). Experience designing or deploying AI copilots, agents, or workflow-integrated ML systems. Functional familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering or related tooling. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and guide change in complex environments. Experience building and scaling services delivery methodology, collateral, and enablement.
