Support the Director of Loyalty Marketing in developing and executing the loyalty roadmap to drive customer retention and engagement.. Manage the day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, overseeing briefing, project management, and deployment to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.. Lead Nutrafol’s referral program, including strategy, campaign execution, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.. Assist in the implementation and optimization of automated loyalty initiatives across multiple customer channels and touchpoints.. Monitor and analyze loyalty KPIs and deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.. Support vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners to execute loyalty initiatives.. Contribute to the testing and optimization of loyalty tools, automation, and personalization strategies.. Stay current on industry trends and competitive loyalty programs to identify opportunities for innovation.. 3+ years of experience working in customer marketing, loyalty, or retention programs, preferably in eCommerce and subscription businesses.. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.. Experience working with technical teams and providing business requirements.. Proven experience managing multi-channel customer engagement campaigns from strategy through execution.. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in loyalty and retention reporting; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.. Familiarity with loyalty and referral platforms, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.. A creative, resourceful problem solver passionate about driving customer loyalty and retention..
