Collaborate with senior leadership and their teams to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support. Identify and streamline processes, drive standardization, and build scalable solutions to support growth and scale. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial performance against strategic objectives. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve FP&A systems. Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings, investors, and internal reporting. Self-starter, challenging the status quo, and provide recommendations. 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A at high-growth software company and/or investment banking. Deep understanding of SaaS business models and proven ability to analyze key SaaS metrics. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and financial systems (ideally Netsuite and Pigment). Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Netsuite, Workday, Anaplan. Excellent communication skills to collaborate across functions and levels. Pay range:. $100K - $130K.
