Senior Analytics Engineer at Healthie. Location Information: United States. Industry-leading EMR, Scheduling, and Client Engagement platform for modern healthcare delivery.. Build and scale data systems transforming product metrics to patient engagement and care outcomes insights.. Architect and develop robust analytics pipelines for actionable insights.. Create self-service reporting tools, business dashboards, and customer-facing analytics.. Develop foundational infrastructure for Healthie's analytics platform, Visualize.. Enable data-driven decisions across Healthie and partner healthcare organizations.. 5+ years of analytics or data engineering experience.. Strong skills in SQL and data pipeline development.. Proficiency with large-scale databases (PostgreSQL preferred).. Experience with dbt, Snowflake, Metabase.. Knowledge of Python or Ruby for data processing and automation.. Experience in building production-grade analytics systems for external customers.. Ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.. Focus on data quality, privacy, and compliance, including healthcare standards like HIPAA.. Skills in data testing, monitoring, and observability.. Familiarity with data governance and metadata management.. Effective communication and collaboration skills across teams.. Experience with healthcare analytics or BI tools is a plus..
