Managing and developing a team of product managers into a high-performing group implementing best-in-class product practices. Developing and championing a deep understanding of our customers’ needs through customer interactions, market research, user feedback, analyst input, and competitive analysis. Defining and prioritizing the AI-Driven Seller Experience product strategy and roadmap. Partnering with UX, Engineering, and Knowledge Management to drive roadmap execution through discovery, definition, delivery, and outcome measurement. Establishing consistent, sustainable customer, partner, and stakeholder input points to steer product direction, feature design, and prioritization. Developing and monitoring product KPIs and metrics that influence future product plans. Continually improving product processes, with particular focus on product discovery, definition, validation, and outcome-driven development. Preparing and presenting company-wide and customer-facing product updates and product evangelism on a regular basis. Supporting go-to-market teams and processes to maximize the customer benefit and revenue impact of product development efforts. 7+ years of experience in product management, with 3+ years as a product leader managing other Product Managers. Prior experience in mid-market B2B software. Deep understanding of Sales Execution and/or CRM, including buyer needs, innovation trends, and competitive landscape. Well-rounded business, design, and tech acumen facilitating impactful discussions with customers, sales, analysts, designers, and engineers. Strong product management skills, including product discovery, roadmap, prioritization, negotiation, consensus building, and evangelizing. Demonstrated product ownership background, including product definition, backlog management, writing user stories, leading grooming, and facilitating development. Inspiring presentation style and storytelling. Compelling written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective communication with individuals, managers, and executives. Proven experience using data to drive decision-making. Solid attention to detail and pride of ownership. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience. Pay range:. $200K - $225K.
