Build automations using low-code/no-code iPaaS and RPA tools, ensuring reliability and scalability.. Rapid prototyping and delivery of solutions through lightweight proofs of concept.. Leverage APIs to connect platforms and extend capabilities.. CRM integration and enhancement with tools like Salesforce and Hubspot.. Data structuring and manipulation to ensure clean outputs in automations.. Systems improvement through minor configuration changes and upgrades.. Testing and QA to validate solutions and build guardrails for execution.. Documentation and maintenance to ensure reliability and scalability of automations.. 3–5 years of experience in an automation role or similar in a high-growth environment.. Deep experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Workato).. Technical familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).. Experience integrating LLMs or AI APIs into workflows.. Fluency with modern APIs and structured data (e.g., JSON, XML).. Proficient in designing workflows with complex logic and time-based automations.. Strong written communicator and systems collaborator.. Understanding of data normalization and sync strategies..
