Manage leads through the full sales cycle, following proven sales processes. Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), with detailed notes on all interactions. Use multiple internal tools and systems to manage lead flow, track activity, and support onboarding. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas tied to closed-won revenue or unit goals. Educate and challenge real estate investors to adopt growth-focused investment strategies. Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Collect required onboarding materials and ensure accurate client records. Provide exceptional service to both prospects and active clients, nurturing relationships over time. Serve as a company representative in eviction-related court hearings when required, including in-person appearances for contested cases, appeals, or by court or legal request. 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, real estate, or other client-facing roles. Teachable and coachable, with a growth mindset. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Resourceful problem-solver with excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Collaborative team player who works well across departments. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools. Active Real estate license (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe). Preferred:. Experience with property management, real estate investing, or single-family rental operations. Demonstrated success in client retention, upselling, or growing a book of business. Comfortable adapting in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Pay range:. $52K - $65K.
