Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.. 1–3 years of experience in client service, sales, account management, or a similar role.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Strong attention to detail and time management.. Comfortable working on multiple projects.. Team player with a client-centered approach.. Knowledge of the health insurance industry (preferred).. Basic understanding of contract terms and pricing structures (preferred)..
