Assist with worldwide commission calculations, reporting, and first-tier end user support. Configure and maintain sales commission plans in Xactly Incent and ensure accurate commission calculation. Ensure commission plan participants are accurately credited for their transactions. Track and research compensation issues. Support SOX compliance, documentation, and reporting. Maintain a focus on process improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency. Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed. BA/BS degree in accounting, finance, economics or other quantitative fields preferred. 3+ years experience in SaaS, supporting sales incentive programs. Proficiency in Xactly Incent. Experience with Salesforce and G Suite. Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze data. Must be able to meet tight deadlines and willing to schedule time off around our monthly close schedules and fiscal year commission plan rollouts. B2B experience preferred. Interest in GitLab, and open source software. Pay range:. $70K - $150K
