We currently offer Kasas in 20+ markets, including across California and Texas, Chicago, the NYC metro area, Charlotte, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix, Greenville, St. Louis, and are entering new markets each month.. We're looking for passionate high performers to join our growing team. . Lead the operational performance and guest experience across Kasa’s portfolio of 85+ properties.. Oversee regional operations model and centralized operational systems.. Ensure the operating model delivers exceptional results using centralized, decentralized, or hybrid solutions.. Train regional and property-level teams to adopt an analytical mindset and leverage data.. Hire, develop, and inspire a high-performing on-site operations team across three U.S. regions.. Oversee Kasa’s centralized operations functions to ensure consistency and leverage at scale.. Drive innovation in operational systems by partnering with Tech & Product to implement AI tools.. Act as the voice of on-site operations in company-wide strategy discussions.. 15+ years in hotel or hospitality operations with multi-property and multi-region leadership experience.. Proven track record of owning full P&L responsibility and improving bottom-line results.. Experience managing centralized ops programs and implementing operational technology at scale..
