Own global account territory design and ownership strategy. Define key performance metrics, create reports and dashboards to derive insights into the health of the business. Conduct in-depth business analysis of the global segment and identify growth opportunities. Develop Sales Play strategy from concept to execution and track performance. Drive forecast management excellence and own weekly forecast calls. Drive continuous improvement in scalable sales/business processes. Manage stakeholders and present ideas with executive audiences. 7-8+ years of sales operations experience supporting global or enterprise segment. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Pipeline Management and forecasting experience. Strong communication and presentation skills. Understanding of the tech industry and the SaaS world. Functional understanding of CRM; experience with creating and maintaining reports and dashboards. Knowledge of Outreach, Zoominfo, Linkedin Navigator is a plus. Strong sense of urgency and commitment to outcomes. Ability to manage both measurable outcomes and empathy for people and the business. Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or relevant field.
