Own, maintain, and enhance company financial and operating models: adapting and making improvements according to changing business needs, as well as providing insights informed by them. Support annual budget and ongoing forecasting processes.. Provide monthly financial variance analysis and run budget/operational review meetings with department heads. Provide strategic guidance using analytics initiatives such as business/economic/financial modeling and analysis based on multiple data sources. Work closely with department leads to provide analytical support, assist with optimizing resource allocation, and proactively identify operational improvements. Use Tableau and QuickBooks to mine and analyze data in order to provide leadership with learnings and recommendations. 3-5 years of experience in financial analytical roles that involve budgeting/planning, financial modeling, and decision analytics (for example: corporate finance, investment banking, venture capital, management consulting, private equity). Experience working within a high-growth eCommerce/CPG company (inventory-based business); start-up or recurring revenue-based business experience is a plus. Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in managing large data sets, building and maintaining complex models; ability to create three-statement financial models.. Knowledge of Quickbooks or MS Dynamics is required. Hands-on experience solving big, fuzzy problems with complex data sets. You are experienced with Tableau (or other analytics platforms such as Looker, Mode, etc.), and Salesforce. You’ve worked closely with executives and have led cross-team initiatives.
