We're a relatively small team, but cover a wide reach. We currently offer Kasas in 20+ markets, including across California and Texas, Chicago, the NYC metro area, Charlotte, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix, Greenville, St. Louis, and are entering new markets each month.. We're looking for passionate high performers to join our growing team. . Create incremental demand by prioritizing and securing need-period business that profitably lifts RevPAR contribution across markets.. Prospect and close high-value deals by winning and growing national preferred accounts and high-value group/extended-stay business.. Pursue strategic partnerships with large corporations, insurance companies, film studios, and relocation firms to secure high-volume, long-term stays nationwide.. Build national sales motion by developing the playbook, processes, tools, and KPIs for future sellers to run at scale.. Work closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Product, and Operations to align go-to-market initiatives.. Gather customer and market insights to inform product development, positioning, and sales strategy.. Represent Kasa at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.. Prepare accurate forecasts, pipeline insights, and performance reporting for leadership and investors.. Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and emerging opportunities.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required if experience is strong).. 8+ years of hospitality sales experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth company.. Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.. Strong network of industry contacts to drive business growth and partnerships.. Comfortable balancing strategy with direct selling and prospecting.. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.. Adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution.. Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.. Opportunity to shape sales strategy at a growing startup..
