Collaborate with triad team to define UX goals, roadmap, and strategy for DevOps teams.. Engage with enterprise customers to understand CI/CD infrastructure pain points and validate design solutions.. Partner with AI/ML teams to design predictive insights and recommendations.. Conduct solution validation of designs with UX Research team support.. Communicate design thinking through wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity visual designs.. Engage with user base and GitLab community to understand pain points in CI/CD infrastructure management.. Experience designing B2B/Enterprise software for complex workflows, admin interfaces, and SaaS products.. Background in developer tools design, particularly DevOps, CI/CD, infrastructure management, and technical product interfaces.. Expertise in user research methods including usability testing, user interviews, and solution validation.. Experience fostering collaboration across multiple product teams and stakeholders.. Experience in data visualization design with knowledge of dashboards, metrics interfaces, and analytics UX.. Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and collaborative design workflows.. Familiarity with Git and understanding of CI/CD workflows and infrastructure concepts..
