Administer and maintain the existing marketing technology stack, including day-to-day system management, troubleshooting, and ensuring accurate data flow between platforms.. Optimize marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, Pendo) to support marketing efforts.. Oversee data collection, segmentation, and analysis to deliver targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.. Ensure seamless integration between marketing technology solutions and other systems, such as sales, customer support, and e-commerce.. Implement and manage Marketo campaigns to streamline lead generation, nurturing, and conversion processes.. Develop and execute strategic email marketing plans and strategies.. Collaborate with content, design, growth, and digital marketing teams to create compelling and targeted marketing assets.. Establish robust reporting mechanisms to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.. Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.. Ensure marketing technology practices comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and industry standards.. Proven experience (4+ years) as a Marketing Manager with a focus on MarTech management.. Proficiency with an enterprise tech stack (Marketo, SFDC, LeanData, 6Sense, and Tableau).. Marketo ACE-MEBP certification is a plus.. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.. Excellent project management abilities..
