Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building, mentoring, and developing diverse and remote teams globally.. Expertise in program/project management and a history of delivering complex, company-wide initiatives and large-scale change management.. Proven track record of driving business growth in a scaling technology company, balancing growth drivers with fiscal responsibility.. Demonstrated ability to influence directly and cross-functionally, leading teams to achieve company-wide results.. Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking.. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.. Experience in vendor and contract management.. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills..
