Improve observability and tooling to keep our API ecosystem rock-solid as it scales.. 8+ years of backend or full-stack development experience, plus deep GraphQL expertise. Bonus points for Ruby on Rails.. A proven track record designing and scaling APIs that handle millions or billions of calls.. Skilled in building developer tools and SDKs (TypeScript, Python, Ruby, or similar) that make integrations effortless.. Care about the details: authentication, pagination, error ergonomics, observability, versioning—solved these at scale..
