Own day-to-day account and campaign management of paid social ad programs on Meta.. Responsible for executing ad launches, audience updates, bid changes, optimizations, feed changes, pixel management and campaign updates for Meta and other emerging social channels.. Be proactive with daily channel optimizations.. Monitor and maintain budgets, pacing, and scaling adjustments for campaigns.. Work closely with content management to brief concepts for channel needs and provide feedback on creative.. Plan and build creative brief pipeline on a quarterly basis, review content from internal creative team and agency partners.. Partner with influencer team, creative team, and community management team for ad management and performance reporting.. Report on weekly and monthly performance findings with recommendations for optimizations.. Execute new channel launches focused on customer acquisition.. Manage a robust testing roadmap for paid social initiatives.. Troubleshoot performance challenges and bugs on social platforms.. Manage partnerships with external account representatives.. Handle monthly payments in partnership with accounts payable.. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in paid social media performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and conversion marketing in D2C/ecommerce.. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Smartly.. Growth mindset and self-starter attitude.. Proven track record with paid social programs within Facebook Ads Manager and other channels.. Experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.. Analytical mindset and creative thinker.. Cross-functional collaboration skills.. Great oral and written communication skills.. Ability to adjust to market, platform, and business changes.. Proven ability to meet critical KPIs with a brand-centric mindset.. Pay range:. $90K - $105K. Fully remote work experience.
