Partner with enablement, Revops and GTM to map, build and implement a cohesive end-to-end seller journey in the Outreach platform.. Empower sales, SDRs, and CS teams to confidently utilize Outreach workflows and content.. Lead cross-functional planning and communications for quarterly Outreach platform releases and updates.. Create training materials, host enablement sessions, and ensure timely rollout of new features to the internal team.. Implement and drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities within Outreach.. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to showcase AI features and ensure reps leverage them effectively.. Define and monitor key adoption and performance metrics.. Analyze insights and adjust enablement interventions to drive continuous improvement.. Develop and manage best-practice content for Outreach sequences, templates, battle cards, playbooks, and messaging.. Partner with stakeholders to promote platform excellence and champion Outreach adoption.. Support ongoing feedback loops and highlight platform success stories.. Incorporate sales feedback into iteration cycles for sequences, training, and content.. 2-3 years in a sales or GTM enablement, platform enablement, or revenue operations role within a SaaS environment.. Proven experience with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms.. Strong analytical skills in tracking usage data and optimizing enablement.. Skilled in workshop delivery, content creation, and training design.. Excellent cross-functional communication skills.. Familiarity with LMS, CRM, and other sales tack tools.. Project management prowess and top-notch communication skills.. Experience working in agile release-driven environments.. Familiarity with AI-focused enablement tools or conversational intelligence platforms.. Pay range:. $70K - $95K. Flexible time off. 401k to help you save for the future.
