Generate actionable insights for GTM, Product, and Operations teams.. Develop and deliver company performance narratives for MBR/QBR forums.. Prioritize and execute project roadmap for analysis and recommendations.. Lead team to deliver critical business insights and influence leadership.. Mentor and optimize productivity across the business analytics team.. Develop scalable processes to monitor data integrity.. Gather and translate business requirements into solutions.. Establish and scale the analytics function.. Define analytics roadmap, KPIs, and governance.. Design experiments, define metrics, and deliver dashboards and reporting.. Collaborate on BI, data warehouse, and analytics stack implementation.. Drive understanding of user behavior for product development.. Provide insights to executive team to guide decisions.. Promote data literacy and ensure access to metrics.. 6+ years experience in business intelligence, analytics, or strategy.. 2+ years experience building and managing a team.. Strong knowledge of SaaS metrics.. Expertise in SQL and data visualization tools.. Familiarity with modern data stacks (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).. Strong communication skills for recommendations.. Experience leading and building an analytics team.. In-depth understanding of B2B sales demand generation and forecasting.. Strong understanding of SaaS product design and customer KPIs.. Experience analyzing data from multiple systems.. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.. Ability to present to C-level and perform data deep-dives..
