Develop an annual executive communications strategy, plan and calendar that supports the CRO in building his reputation as the leader behind Twilio’s GTM transformation.. Develop content to represent GTM at quarterly Company All Hands meetings and other key internal companywide meetings (Sales Kickoff, Leadership Offsites, Board Meetings).. Design and deliver compelling presentations for external events (customer briefings, investor conferences, etc).. Ghostwrite impactful communications across channels including keynotes, board decks, internal presentations, customer presentations and social media.. Partner with Twilio's People team to craft communications for change management initiatives.. Develop content for GTM function-level communications and events.. Build and maintain relationships with key partners to inform CRO communications strategy.. 8+ years experience in communications, including a minimum 3 years in a dedicated executive communications role.. 5+ years in the tech industry.. Design/visual branding expertise.. Proficiency in creating presentations for both large and smaller, executive-level audiences.. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills..
