Strong command of Android fundamentals and modern tools/libraries (Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines, Compose).. Proven ability to lead technical architecture, modularization, and component design in a large codebase.. Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams to ship impactful, user-focused features.. Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.. Strong communication skills and experience aligning technical execution with product goals.. A collaborative mindset; experience working with medium-to-large teams is essential.. Comfort navigating ambiguity, proposing clear paths forward, and driving toward outcomes.. Experience building mobile features in the rewards, e-commerce, or marketing attribution domains (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with geospatial or mapping functionality in mobile apps (Nice-to-Have). Generalist engineering experience, including backend or cross-platform development (Nice-to-Have). Engaged in collaborative development within open-source ecosystems (Nice-to-Have).
