We help companies quickly unlock the value of their data by making it easy to access.. Work with internal stakeholders to define the web strategy, content, and features.. Monitor, track, and report on web KPIs for continuous improvement.. Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams on enhancements, bug fixes, and performance improvements.. Develop and implement SEO and CRO strategies.. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user behavior and uncover areas for improvement.. Partner with performance marketing to align paid search, social, and display with web goals.. Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests.. Provide actionable recommendations and insights based on data analysis.. Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Content teams.. Own end-to-end chatbot strategy and analyze performance.. Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRO and digital engagement.. 5–7 years of experience in web management, SEO, and performance marketing.. Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).. Experience optimizing user experience and site performance.. Adept at working cross-functionally with various teams.. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.. Preferred: Familiarity with Starburst’s product offerings or the data infrastructure ecosystem.. Ability to travel occasionally for work-related events.. Pay range:. $138K - $170K.
