Administers and continually improves the Okta driven identity access management program.. Acts as a ‘site advocate’ to facilitate resolution of issues with urgency.. Develops key relationships with site leaders and user base, monitors user experience.. Provides C-Level support for incidents and requests.. Drives the adoption of new technologies and creates relationships with key partners.. Prioritizes and facilitates support issues.. Provides administrative functions in coordinating site activities.. Assists in or manages IT optimization projects.. Promotes, enforces, and creates IT policies, processes & standards.. Maintains, updates, and monitors inventory and audits assets.. Continually learns new technologies and stays current.. 5+ years of proven experience in IT customer support and business partnership.. Extensive experience with Apple and PC hardware and operating systems.. Experience with Okta administration.. History of systems administration.. Experience with Microsoft products.. Fluency in Google Suite, Slack, Microsoft Office/O365, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.. Experience in setting-up workstations, printers, locations, and managing meetings, projects, and reviews.. Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus.. Experience developing policies and procedures is a plus.. Experience in IT-centric complex projects of large scope is a plus.. Experience with organizational change management for new solutions/implementations is a plus.. Pay range:. $70K - $110K. Bonus, equity, and competitive benefits.
