Manage daily calendars and executive travel, solving complex scheduling situations.. Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes, and track action items.. Spearhead planning for larger sales & marketing events.. Communicate directly on behalf of the Sales & Marketing teams both internally and externally.. Work with C-level leaders and tenured GTM teams on business rhythms and events.. Execute special projects and manage events, partnering with cross-functional teams.. Anticipate the CRO's needs, streamline workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.. Act as an effective barometer for incoming issues to determine urgency and appropriate courses of action.. Maintain records and files, including confidential information, and manage CRM data.. Process and reconcile expenses accurately.. Prioritize conflicting needs while handling matters expeditiously with proactive follow-through.. Build strong relationships to establish and maintain credibility, trust, and confidence with executive staff and peers.. Assist with expense reports, budgeting, and potentially procurement.. Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting executives in a high-growth start-up environment.. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills.. Resourceful with problem-solving skills.. Energetic and fast learner with ability to anticipate needs.. Able to work independently and as part of a team.. Superior organizational aptitude and attention to detail.. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience..
