Monitor and improve engagement metrics, helping the team track how features drive user adoption and rewards redemption.. Work across backend, data, and marketing tech teams to bring new partner integrations and e-commerce capabilities into the app.. 5 years of hands-on experience developing and releasing Android applications.. Strong command of Android fundamentals and modern tools/libraries (Kotlin, Jetpack, Coroutines, Compose).. Demonstrated experience with unit testing and UI testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, Compose Testing), with a focus on delivering reliable, maintainable code.. Experience with dependency injection frameworks (Hilt, Dagger, or similar).. Hands-on experience with Room or equivalent local persistence solutions.. Exposure to and ability to contribute to architecture, modularization, and component design in a large codebase.. Demonstrated success working within cross-functional teams to ship impactful, user-focused features.. Strong skills in debugging, profiling, and performance tuning.. Effective communicator with experience aligning technical work with product goals.. A collaborative mindset; experience working with team-based development is essential..
