Write clear, compelling briefs that align cross-functional teams, unlock creative thinking and guide execution.. Define how Fetch shows up across consumer and advertiser touchpoints, ensuring both cultural resonance and business relevance.. Collaborate closely with Creative, GTM, Product and Growth teams to maintain narrative cohesion and brand consistency.. Champion cultural fluency and trend awareness across the org, bringing insights from entertainment, gaming, lifestyle and beyond.. Support the evolution of our brand excavation, tone of voice and campaign frameworks.. Elevate strategic storytelling and inspire high-performing creative work across surfaces and teams.. 15+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing creative development, or similar roles.. A portfolio of work that shows impact across campaigns, platforms and consumer experiences.. Strong briefing skills with a proven ability to translate insights into concepts and ideas into action.. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, platform trends and how culture moves.. Experience working with or within high-growth consumer tech, apps or mission-driven brands.. Confidence leading multi-stakeholder conversations with clarity and vision.. A builder’s mindset. You see ambiguity as opportunity and love being part of early-stage work.. Pay range:. $183K - $200K.
