Lead analysis and interpretation of media performance across paid channels.. Partner with Performance Marketing team to evaluate media mix and campaign performance.. Develop frameworks for spend allocation and share them with cross-functional teams.. Translate insights into actionable media strategies for budget allocation.. Collaborate with Performance and Data teams to improve media strategies.. Build and maintain dashboards and reports tying media investments to KPIs.. Deliver recommendations on budget reallocations and investment pacing.. Track competitor media activity and cost trends.. 7+ years of experience in an integrated media role within an eCommerce brand or agency.. 4+ years of experience leading media performance analysis across paid channels.. Expert in building executive-ready dashboards and reports.. Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel.. Experience with analytics and measurement tools like Rockerbox, GA4, and SA 360.. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.. Excellent organizational and time management skills.. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.. Pay range:. $130K - $145K.
