Business Resilency Manager at Varo Bank. Location Information: United States. We're on a mission to bring financial inclusion and opportunity to all.. Design and execute Varo’s Business Resiliency Program. Facilitate the annual completion of the enterprise Business Impact Analysis to identify acceptable recovery time periods and resource requirements. Liaise with key business, technology, and application teams to set recovery time objectives and service level agreements with vendors. Partner with business process and application owners to develop and maintain Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies and plans. Develop BC and DR testing scenarios and facilitate exercises with key stakeholders. Report on test results and prioritize the remediation actions. Lead conversations with external regulatory partners on BC. Assess business resiliency of third-party relationships and work with Third Party Risk Management. Assess technology resiliency of technology solutions. Create documentation including incident tickets and root cause analysis. Monitor environments for potential events impacting Varo and manage communications. Work with Crisis Management Team during disruption events and facilitate post-mortem analysis. Monitor and track program compliance and effectiveness. Provide guidance on business resiliency and continuity matters. Work with HR to identify events that require BC or DR plan activation. Minimum of 5 years managing Business Resiliency, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery. Minimum of 7 years experience in a financial services or technology company. Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Information/Cyber Security or Computer Science, Information Technology (preferred). Business Continuity Certification such as CBCP, CBCI, ISO22301. Experience reporting/presenting to senior management or the Board. Experience managing internal, external, and regulatory audits. Ability to work nights and weekends during crisis events. Understanding of disaster recovery concepts for modern technology stacks. Excellent team and communication skills. AWS Cloud experience or must complete AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Certification within 12 months. Pay range:. $120K - $170K. Bonus and equity eligibility. Competitive benefits
