Being a sales-facing subject matter expert on deal structuring, processes, and policies. Cultivating and sustaining strong working relationships with pivotal business partners (e.g. Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Support, etc.) to help facilitate the review and approval process. Building and reviewing a variety of order forms with differing levels of complexity for accuracy, while ensuring all required approvals, such as discounts and contractual terms, are obtained and clearly documented as well as being fully compliant with Outreach's internal policies. Assisting in delivering ongoing education and training to ensure Sales understanding of and compliance with all deal processes. Safeguarding and managing data quality in SFDC for all proposed and closed quotes/deals, ensuring that all transactions adhere to internal revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines. 4+ years of experience (Finance/Order Processing role, tech preferred). Demonstrated capability to build strong working relationships with internal business units. Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives and/or project management experience. Knowledge of Quote to Cash life cycle and understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) pricing and licensing model a plus. Ability to work without supervision in a fast-paced high-tech environment. Experience in data analysis, modeling and/or financial analysis a plus. Proficiency with MS Excel is required. Experience with Zuora is a plus. Experience in software revenue recognition accounting a plus. Experience in structuring multi-element (subscriptions, services and support) contracts. Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or a similar discipline. Pay range:. $90K - $110K.
