Junior Customer Support Specialist at Process Street. Location Information: United States. Process Street is a SaaS application for businesses to build and track their processes using superpowered checklists.. Businesses need processes to scale. Large companies like airlines have been using checklists for decades to minimize mistakes and save money, but they're not the only ones who can benefit from them.. Process Street brings the power of checklists to any business. Our application lets teams create simple recurring checklists, collaborate around them and track as they’re completed. With advanced permissions, reporting and automation, we make simple checklists superpowered.. Respond to email, live chat, and phone inquiries from existing customers and prospects. Advise customers on the best way to use the software to meet their needs. Track customer interactions in Salesforce. Assist prospects during their trial period to ensure they understand the product functionality. Serve as a conduit for customers to communicate product and feature requests to Product Managers. Assist our Customer Success Managers in dealing with large customers. Contribute to the Support Knowledge-base. Conduct product demos for prospects. Conduct Onboarding and Account Reviews for existing customers. Experience working directly with customers, at least 1-2 years, preferably in SaaS. Excellent communicator, including written and verbal English. Attention to detail. Obsessed with customer experience. Growth mentality with a self-motivated approach to learning and development. Comfortable working with technology including web and mobile applications. Experience with Intercom and Salesforce is a plus. Available to work 8am-5pm UTC+8. Unlimited PTO policy.
