We're a relatively small team, but cover a wide reach. We currently offer Kasas in 20+ markets, including across California and Texas, Chicago, the NYC metro area, Charlotte, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Seattle, Phoenix, Greenville, St. Louis, and are entering new markets each month.. We're looking for passionate high performers to join our growing team. . Oversee day-to-day operations of the PeopleOps team, including talent acquisition, HR, performance, and total rewards.. Collaborate closely with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders to improve systems, policies, and practices.. Support compliance, policy documentation, and organizational hygiene at scale.. Automate workflows to save teams 100s hours/month previously spent on manual reporting.. Select and implement AI-enabled tools that support performance measurement, engagement tracking, and productivity insights.. Create a real-time operating view of team health and performance.. Build dashboards to help managers identify patterns, spot challenges, and celebrate wins.. Evolve performance management approach and compensation strategy.. Build systems that power meritocracy at scale and transform PeopleOps into a data-driven performance engine.. Develop employee engagement programs based on observed behaviors.. Roll out engagement measurement methods, recognition programs, and feedback tools.. Modernize talent acquisition practices and operationalize innovative approaches to recruiting.. Optimize existing recruiting tools and ensure processes are meritocratic and efficient.. Proven leadership experience in People Operations, HR, or Talent roles, with prior experience in management.. Experience implementing tools and systems like Lattice, Culture Amp, and Greenhouse.. Expert-level experience with analytics and measurement for team engagement and performance.. Strong communication skills, organizational agility, and systems thinking.. Experience in a remote-first or distributed team environment..
