Tackle’s Cloud Marketplace Platform drastically reduces your time to list and sell products on the Marketplaces, while providing granular transaction reporting, with zero engineering resources required. We enable your Sales, Business Development, Operations, and Finance teams to easily interface with the Cloud Marketplaces and leverage them to drive revenue fast.. Selling via the Cloud Marketplaces means a simplified sales and procurement process, reduced time to product launch, leveraging established relationships and budgets with the Cloud Providers, and access to thousands of new customers per Marketplace.. Grow revenue and attain customer net retention goals within assigned accounts.. Act as team lead for account management team, providing mentorship in deal support, pipeline analysis, and account management best practices.. Establish strong customer relationships to develop executive-level sponsorships and stakeholders in various organizations.. Evangelize the Tackle Vision to help transform the way software companies sell.. Manage product renewals and upsell, and cross-sell to additional professional services.. Identify, qualify and maintain a growing expansion pipeline.. Become an expert in Cloud GTM selling to guide ISVs.. Leverage CRM and Customer Success tools to track customer health and sales activities.. Develop scalable and efficient renewal and expansion processes.. Work closely with Customer Success Resources to drive customer outcomes.. Guide customers using 1:Many Success Motion.. Potential for up to 25% travel pending business need.. 8-10 years of software sales experience including senior/strategic account management roles within fast-paced SaaS companies.. Complex and large enterprise account management experience.. Focus on developing ongoing engagement and nurturing relationships.. Success in working sales cycles from prospecting through closing.. Experience in coaching sales team members.. Customer Success, Account Management, Partner Development background preferred.. Technologically adept with outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.. AWS Marketplace experience required, MSFT/GCP experience preferred.. History of overachievement with strong references.. Ability to work remotely and collaborate to achieve goals.. Experience with customer success and sales tools and collaboration tools..
