Own Vimeo’s Risk & Fraud strategy and execution across Trust & Safety, Security, Payment fraud prevention, and support escalations.. Oversee all aspects of fraud monitoring, risk operations, and chargeback management while owning the associated KPIs/metrics.. Develop and implement risk management systems to monitor suspicious patterns, mitigate fraud across different vectors, and ensure compliance with industry standards and all relevant payment regulations.. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trust & safety, product, engineering, finance, and legal, to advise on emerging risks, global compliance, and security best practices.. 5+ years of experience in payment or risk compliance operations, with a focus on fraud prevention and management. Background knowledge of the global payment landscape, including payment processing, fraud prevention techniques, and/or existing regulatory compliance monitoring programs.. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with external customers and internal employees or partners.
