Define partner tiers, benefits, incentives, and requirements.. Launch initiatives for partner engagement and enablement.. Collaborate on governance, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.. Manage partner portals and digital systems.. Work cross-functionally to implement and grow partner programs and ensure alignment.. Develop and manage partner enablement programs and training.. Lead partner events and feedback loops.. Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes.. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.. 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partner sales programs, and management.. Proven track record of designing and optimizing global partner programs.. Experience overseeing partner agreements/partner contracting.. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity and/or SaaS landscape.. Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.. Outstanding communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.. Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.. Problem solver and self-motivated..
