Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols. Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets. Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information. Be a platform expert in Adobe Real-Time CDP and other Customer Data Platform solutions. Provide deep domain expertise in our client’s business and broad knowledge of digital marketing together with a Marketing Strategist industry. Assess and audit the current state of a client’s marketing technology stack together with a Solutions Architect. Conduct stakeholder interviews and gather business requirements. Translate business requirements into CDP use cases. Prioritize CDP use cases together with the client. Create a strategic CDP roadmap focused on activation. Work with the Solution Architect to strategize, architect, and document a scalable CDP implementation, tailored to the client’s needs. Provide hands-on support and platform training for our clients.. 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics. 3+ years of experience working in an agency environment; strong consulting, and client-facing skills. 3+ years of experience working with multi-channel marketing hubs by Adobe, Salesforce or similar. Strong understanding of customer data platforms and the modern data infrastructure. Hands-on experience configuring Adobe Real-Time CDP, including creating complex audiences. Experience with Adobe Tags (formerly called 'Launch') and AEP WebSDK implementation is a plus. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics is a plus. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, etc. is a plus. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus. Experience with A/B testing tools is a plus.
