Work across Newsela’s Sales organization to support growth by researching, prospecting via calls and emails, and qualifying leads to build pipeline for Sales Reps.. Respond to inbound inquiries and perform proactive cold outreach to potential new customers.. Provide online product demonstrations to prospects, leading to initial discovery calls and identifying key needs for qualified sales opportunities.. 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.. Experience in pipeline generation through emails and phone conversations leading to qualified meetings.. Experience with Salesforce.com and sales process training to manage a pipeline effectively.. Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.. Excellent communication skills to empathize with buyer challenges.. Ability to establish clear value propositions connecting needs to products/services.. Thrives in a fast-paced environment with creativity in team collaboration.. Pay range:. $55K - $80K.
