Own and execute product launches by leading the GTM strategy and execution for multiple product and feature launches, defining launch strategy, aligning internal stakeholders, crafting positioning, and executing coordinated cross-functional campaigns.. Craft resonant messaging by developing and refining messaging, naming, and positioning frameworks tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences.. Drive cross-channel campaigns that reinforce Chainlink’s leadership and product narrative.. Bridge traditional and onchain finance by crafting positioning and GTM strategies.. Collaborate and influence by acting as the go-to marketing lead for your product category and being a key partner across teams.. Conduct market intelligence by synthesizing user, market, and competitive insights to inform positioning and strategic decisions.. At least 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in banking, capital markets, or a well-capitalized fintech business.. Proven experience owning go-to-market strategy and execution for multiple successful product or feature launches.. Strong messaging and positioning skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across product, engineering, content, and broader marketing teams.. Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.. Proven ability to develop campaign strategies that align product objectives with audience needs.. Excellent project management and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.. Analytical and insights-driven with a track record of using research and data to shape marketing strategy.. Experience with traditional financial institutions or capital markets is preferred.. Familiarity with the blockchain ecosystem, including key players, protocols, and technical trends is preferred..
