Sr. Director, Customer Experience & Design (UX) at Saviynt. Location Information: United States. Understanding core business problems and requirements from customers, prospects, sales, and support. Own the Saviynt modern experience. Develop roadmaps that make hard tradeoffs and prioritize the highest value work first. Collaborate closely with Architects, Engineers, and UX to define robust and scalable solutions. Lead cross-functional teams to bring new products to life and drive adoption and success. Leverage product data to continually get smarter about how to improve our existing products. Track industry trends and think strategically to develop solutions that are differentiated versus the competition. Be the subject matter expert for product areas and help enable counterparts in marketing and technical sales. Drive technical development in a project/program management capacity, including the development of and reporting on complex program schedules. Lead a collaborative design process for Saviynt product portfolio using data-informed design practices, user research, and market needs. Create storyboards and wireframes to communicate and validate designs with stakeholders. Lead the design team to produce user-centric designs by creating user journey maps and developing personas. Lead the design team to create and own the design guide and philosophy to ensure a cohesive and consistent design across the platform. 15+ years of product management experience with 10+ years managing Product or Design teams. Highly preferred: Experience directly managing UX designers. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Advanced degree in a technical field or equivalent relevant experience. Comfortable with executive and stakeholder communications. Exemplary communication and relationship skills (verbal, written, and presentations). Track record of successful delivery of company-critical projects. Strong leadership skills and executive presence. Experience with enterprise products or services. Experience with technical platform products and developer users. Knowledge in identity, access management, device/mobility management, and/or developer-facing products. Background in SaaS products.
