Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory. Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners. Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume. Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement. Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers. Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications. Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture. At least 2 years of business development or growth experience. Current or former real estate or mortgage license required. Experience in SaaS sales is a strong plus. Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders. Performance-driven mindset with a focus on partner success. Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others. Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities. Strong relationship-building skills rooted in trust and transparency. A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock’s core values. Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required.
