Serve as a platform expert with a focus on the Adobe Experience Cloud. Maintain subject matter expertise as platforms evolve. Advise sales and client services when new features are available and assist in client positioning. Support sales, go-to-market efforts, and Bounteous' credibility in the marketplace. Stay on top of industry trends and have the ability and willingness to learn about and speak to a variety of platforms. Identify and build out packaged offerings and/or accelerators to assist in sales. Create efficiencies leading to strong customer value realization and/or optimizations. Collaborate with platform partners on product roadmap advisory, feature exploration and development, and integration solutions and approaches. Partner with client service and business development to support pitches and follow-on client work. Strategize, architect, and create approaches for scalable, tailored platform implementations. Present and articulate subject matter expertise through compelling client presentations. Scope estimates and collaborate on multi-solution and multi-platform solutioning and scoping. Lead customer-facing workshops, demos, and hands-on labs. Provide deep domain expertise in client business, technology stack, and data infrastructure, complemented by a wide-ranging knowledge base in digital marketing. Provide thought leadership in the marketing technology space and help Bounteous differentiate as the go-to partner in this space. Develop deep knowledge of each client's business and available data to ensure platform solutioning is on par with client's marketing objectives. Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for platform configuration, data schemas and system integrations to deliver against business needs. Oversee and steer client programs and development work to meet client objectives. Provide support to development teams with solutioning. 10+ years of experience creating customer data and marketing technology solutions. 3+ years of experience at a digital-first, global delivery agency/consultancy. Strong consultative and client-facing skills. Power user knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Workfront. Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Marketo. Self-driven; ability to work independently and define a way forward. Strong communicator with all levels of leadership, management, and staff. Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Digitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologies. Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience preferred. Pay range:. $150K - $190K
