Develop and own the regional field marketing strategy across North America and EMEA, aligned with business goals.. Partner with regional sales leaders to define target accounts, pipeline goals, and event priorities by region or segment.. Build integrated regional marketing plans that combine events, digital programs, account-based campaigns, and partner activations.. Align field marketing efforts with corporate demand generation, product marketing, and brand initiatives.. Oversee program logistics from venue selection to onsite execution ensuring high-quality experiences.. Plan and deliver high-impact regional programs such as executive dinners, roadshows, workshops, and event participation.. Collaborate with events and creative teams for localized content and messaging.. Drive account-based activations for customer and prospect relationship growth.. Manage program logistics, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication.. Partner with Sales for alignment on objectives and measurement of success.. Work with Event Operations and Marketing Operations for campaign setup and reporting.. Collaborate with Product Marketing for regional messaging consistency.. Support broader marketing events and campaigns beyond tradeshows.. Define success metrics for programs and monitor performance against goals.. Present regular reporting and insights to leadership and stakeholders.. 7+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, regional marketing, or integrated campaigns.. Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles, customer personas, and regional go-to-market alignment.. Demonstrated success building and executing regional marketing strategies.. Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.. Highly organized with experience managing multiple concurrent programs and budgets.. Data-driven mindset with fluency in Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and event/marketing tools like Splash, Bizzabo, or Cvent..
