Work across Newsela’s Sales organization to support growth by researching, prospecting through calls and emails, and qualifying leads.. Respond to inbound inquiries and conduct proactive cold outreach to potential new customers.. Provide online product demonstrations to draw prospects into initial discovery calls and identify key needs.. Collaborate within the Sales organization to inform strategy and process that enhances sales performance.. Represent the future of education as the initial point of contact with prospects.. Provide market feedback to drive future product enhancements.. 1+ year of lead generation or inside sales experience.. Pipeline generation experience including engaging prospects through email and phone conversations.. Leveraging Salesforce.com experience and sales process training.. Familiarity with sales platforms such as Salesloft, Outreach.io, or Yesware.. Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with challenges faced by buyers.. Ability to establish clear value propositions that connect buyer needs to products.. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and use creativity to ensure flawless execution..
