Manage and expand public sector customer accounts including federal, state and local agencies.. Develop, drive, and execute account strategy to deliver strong revenue and profit results.. Partner with Twilio teams and alliance partners to identify new revenue opportunities.. Grow pipeline in collaboration with Marketing and Demand Gen Teams.. Serve on a cross-functional account team with partner alliances, product, operations, marketing, support, and social impact team members.. Run a disciplined forecast, achieve goals, and present guidance to executive management.. Conduct consultative sales cycles with customers focusing on discovery and customer needs.. Support new business and strategic accounts for revenue growth and customer satisfaction.. Provide support for Social Impact activities with Twilio.org customers and partners.. 7-10+ years of experience in strategic solution selling, sales leadership.. 4+ years in public sector roles engaging organizations in technology.. Ability for consultative engagement and influencing decisions in complex customer meetings.. Comfortable working with technical leaders to influence understanding and build partnerships.. Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities.. Proven track record in managing team forecasts and financial models.. Entrepreneurial mindset with appetite for defining processes and building programs.. Record of delivering revenue and profit results for nonprofits and social enterprise customers.. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.. Deep experience with telecom companies, SMS aggregators, carriers, or communication platforms.. Domain expertise in public sector technology trends and partnerships.. Experience in Software, SaaS, CPaas or PaaS sales.. Pay range:. $155K - $216K. Competitive pay. Generous time off.
