Design and build scalable backend and full-stack systems that support high-volume, mission-critical healthcare operations.. Collaborate with product, design, and client solutions teams to deliver new platform capabilities and integrations.. Lead technical design and architectural decisions that drive reliability, scalability, and maintainability.. Automate and optimize system performance through CI/CD pipelines, observability tooling, and resilient infrastructure.. Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and uptime using data-driven insights.. Mentor engineers by sharing best practices and driving technical excellence across teams.. Take ownership of work end-to-end, from design through deployment and post-release iteration.. 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications.. Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud-native architectures.. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.. Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation.. Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana.. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly to non-technical partners.. A bias for ownership and a drive to improve both systems and processes..
