Execute 6 medium-small scale external events, staying on budget and maintaining high attendee satisfaction.. Create a repeatable events playbook including vendor lists and timelines.. Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences including booth logistics and side-events.. Partner with various teams to deliver high-impact activations and relationship-building events.. Build scalable event systems and operational processes to ensure smooth execution and consistent ROI across all events.. 6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management, preferably within tech, fintech, or crypto industries.. Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple mid-to-large-scale events end-to-end.. Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.. Proven track record of operational excellence.. Communicates clearly and proactively with cross-functional partners.. Demonstrates composure under pressure and sound judgment in fast-changing environments.. High EQ with the ability to represent CoinTracker confidently to external partners.. Curious and growth-minded, seeks feedback and continuously improves event systems..
