Work closely with leadership to develop best practices and mitigate operational risks.. Support and train new Maintenance Project Coordinators on service request management best practices.. Serve as a flexible resource in your assigned region and provide overflow coverage for the Maintenance Project Coordinators.. Committed to support west coast market and Pacific Hours of 8am - 5pm PST for at least 1 year.. High school diploma (or GED), college degree preferred. Prior experience in a similar position requiring coordination of residential service requests with multiple stakeholders and deliverables. A demonstrable history of de-escalating issues and leading difficult conversations. Prior experience utilizing project management or CRM software and the ability to learn new systems. 5+ years of experience working with repairs and maintenance trades and pricing. Can work effectively solo, and as a member of various teams and committees, with minimum supervision. Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
