National Operations Manager at RenoFi. Location Information: United States. Helping homeowners discover the smartest way to finance their renovation and tackle everything on their wishlist.. Oversee the full loan manufacturing lifecycle and lead nationwide processing team.. Partner with lender underwriting and sales teams.. Ensure pipeline runs with accuracy, urgency, and predictability.. Shape how RenoFi delivers outstanding experiences.. Solve bottlenecks, create structure, coach team members, and design scalable processes.. Oversee all mortgage processing teams including hiring, training, and performance management.. Serve as the operational point person responsible for pipeline flow and quality.. Work directly with processors to troubleshoot complex files and resolve bottlenecks.. Partner closely with Loan Officers and Product to maintain accurate files.. Build and refine workflows, checklists, and operating procedures.. Track key operational metrics and provide weekly reporting.. Identify and implement process improvements.. Ensure compliance with renovation guidelines.. Drive accountability across the operations team.. Help shape the evolution of RenoFi's operations organization as volume scales.. 7 or more years of experience in mortgage operations.. At least three years in a leadership or management role.. Deep understanding of the full loan lifecycle.. Experience managing teams responsible for pipeline movement and file quality.. Knowledge of Agency, FHA, VA, Non-QM, construction to perm and renovation loan products.. Strong experience with LOS systems.. Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.. Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reporting, and operational KPIs..
