Manage HubSpot programs, lists, workflows, and ensure seamless sync between HubSpot and other platforms.. Deliver weekly/monthly executive-ready reporting on marketing metrics.. Improve and document marketing workflows to increase speed and accuracy.. Partner with sales, marketing, and RevOps to align on global strategies.. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Automation, or Salesforce admin skills.. Experience owning HubSpot marketing automation.. Familiarity with LeanData or similar Lead Routing and Excel/Google Sheets.. A solid understanding of modern marketing tech stacks.. Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate globally in fast-moving environments.. Bonus points for HubSpot/Salesforce/Outreach certifications.. Experience supporting global teams across time zones.. Experience with BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.. Your work powers marketing outcomes and pipeline..
