Provide strategic and technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring alignment with the overall business goals and objectives.. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in software development methodologies, project management, quality assurance, and release management.. Oversee data collection, warehousing, analytics, and visualization initiatives.. Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers.. Collaborate with other functional leaders to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions.. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.. 15+ years of full-stack engineering experience, and 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within an engineering organization.. Strong technical background and deep understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and tools within the eCommerce space.. 7+ years of experience in managing and scaling engineering teams.. Ability to travel on a quarterly basis for meetings and team meetups in our NYC office as needed.. Experience in product development in a fast-paced technology-driven environment.. Excellent leadership and communication skills.. Pay range:. $250K - $280K. Fully remote work experience.
